Partner terms
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Who we are
Cultura Club is a marketplace for team experiences in London. Companies book experiences through us, and partners (venues and experience partners) deliver them.
Cultura Club is operated by Cultura Club Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17123340 and its registered office at 46 Princess May Road, London, England, N16 8DG.
These terms are the agreement between you, the partner, and Cultura Club. They apply to every listing you publish and every booking you accept through the marketplace. By applying to list, or by accepting a booking, you accept them.
2. Applying and vetting
To join, apply through the partner sign-up or email hello@cultura-club.com. We will ask about your business, the experiences you offer, and your insurance.
The Cultura Club team reviews every partner and every listing before it goes live. Reviews take a few working days. We may ask for more information, and we may decline an application or a listing.
Once you are approved, you are responsible for keeping your account, your listing content and your availability up to date.
3. Listing standards
Your listings must be accurate and honest. Customers book on the strength of them.
- Describe the experience accurately, including what is included, where it takes place, how long it lasts and how many people it suits.
- Keep availability real and up to date, and remove dates you cannot deliver.
- Keep prices accurate. Prices are fixed and shown to the customer before they submit a request: there is no quote step and no custom pricing.
- Use photographs and descriptions you have the right to use.
- Hold appropriate insurance for the experiences you offer. The cover you need is set out in the partner agreement and confirmed with you at onboarding.
- Comply with the law, including any licence, permit or health and safety duty that applies to your experience.
If something changes (a price, a date, or what is included) update the listing so that customers see the current position.
4. Cultura Club’s platform fee
Cultura Club charges a 10% platform fee on each booking. The fee is taken from your share, not added to the customer’s price. The customer pays the price shown on your listing.
You receive 90% of the booking price. Stripe’s card processing fees are absorbed by Cultura Club and are not deducted from your share.
Cultura Club is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on the fee. We cannot issue VAT invoices. If we register for VAT in future, VAT will be added on top of prices rather than absorbed into them, and we will tell you before that takes effect.
5. Getting paid
Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. You need a Stripe account, and you must keep your payout and business details up to date so that payments do not fail.
We pay you as soon as a booking is accepted. You are not paid after the event: once the customer’s payment is captured and the booking is confirmed, your share is released.
Cultura Club does not deduct Stripe’s processing fees from your payout. You are responsible for your own tax affairs, including any tax due on what you earn through the marketplace.
7. Responding to booking requests
When a customer submits a request, you have 24 hours to accept or decline it. At that point the customer’s card is only held, not charged.
If you do not respond within 24 hours, the request expires and the hold is released. Customers notice, so reply as quickly as you can.
If you are connected to our Bookable integration, bookings are confirmed instantly and there is no approval step. That makes accurate availability essential: a date you cannot deliver must not be shown as available.
Once you accept, the booking is confirmed and the payment is captured. Only accept a booking you can deliver.
8. Service levels and conduct
- Deliver the experience as described, on the date booked, and to a professional standard.
- Treat customers, their guests and our team with respect.
- Reply promptly to customer messages about a confirmed booking.
- Tell us straight away if something goes wrong, or if you may not be able to deliver a booking.
- Do not misrepresent your experience, your credentials or your insurance.
- Do not take payment from a customer for a Cultura Club booking outside the marketplace, unless we have agreed it with you in writing.
If we receive repeated complaints about a partner, we will investigate, and we may suspend listings while we do.
9. Suspension and removal
We may pause a listing or remove a partner from the marketplace if you break these terms, if a listing is inaccurate or misleading, if you repeatedly cancel bookings or fail to respond, or if we reasonably believe customers are at risk.
Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put things right first. If the problem is serious, we may act immediately.
You can leave at any time by emailing hello@cultura-club.com. You must still deliver any bookings you have already accepted, and these terms continue to apply to them.
10. Liability and indemnity
You are responsible for the experiences you list and deliver, for your staff and suppliers, and for holding the insurance your experiences need.
You agree to indemnify Cultura Club against claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these terms, your negligence, or the way you deliver an experience.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the marketplace or the law changes. We will tell you about a material change by email or in your partner account before it takes effect.
If you keep accepting bookings after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop accepting new bookings and close your account.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
